Deleting your data

What Flowtiv keeps

• Ad accounts: the ad account’s id, name and currency; each campaign’s id, name and status; and per day, its spend, impressions, clicks and conversions. Flowtiv doesn’t read or keep your Facebook profile, friends, posts, pages or audiences.
• Mailboxes and calendars: the email and meetings filed onto the firm’s records, and the events in a connected calendar (90 days back to 12 months ahead), as the Privacy policy describes.
• The access that lets Flowtiv read them: a token, stored encrypted.

Stop Flowtiv’s access

1. In Flowtiv, go to Settings → Ad platforms (for ad accounts) or Settings → Mail (for a mailbox or calendar), and choose Disconnect. Flowtiv deletes its access token straight away and reads nothing more, and deletes the calendar’s events that aren’t filed on a record.
2. You can also remove Flowtiv on the service’s side: on Facebook, Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → Flowtiv → Remove; on Google, myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party connections; on LinkedIn, Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.

Have the data deleted

Disconnecting keeps the figures Flowtiv already fetched, so the firm’s past reports still add up. To have them deleted as well, email [email protected] from the address you use in Flowtiv, naming the firm and the service (for example “Meta ad account for Harbour Engineering”). We confirm who you are, delete the data within 30 days, and reply when it’s done. It’s gone from our backups within a further 35 days.

If you removed Flowtiv on Facebook’s side and aren’t a Flowtiv user yourself, email us the same way and we’ll find and delete anything Flowtiv holds that came from your account.

When a firm closes its Flowtiv account, everything it holds, including data from connected services, is deleted after 30 days.
